Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on transport card top-up transactions made through DarB Recharge ("we", "us", or "our") website at darbrecharge.shop (the "Service").

1. Refund Eligibility

We understand that issues may arise during the top-up process. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment was processed, but the top-up was not applied to your transport card due to technical issues on our end.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged multiple times for the same top-up transaction.
  • Incorrect Amount: If the wrong amount was charged or credited to your transport card due to a system error.
  • Service Not Provided: If we were unable to provide the top-up service after charging your payment method.

Please note that refunds are not automatically provided for the following situations:

  • User errors, such as entering the wrong card number or selecting the wrong amount
  • Changes of mind after a successful top-up
  • Requests made after the refund request period (24 hours from transaction time)

However, we review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide fair resolutions.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction via email at [email protected] or by phone at +971 2 555 1234.
  2. Provide your transaction details, including the transaction ID, date and time, amount, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Include any supporting documentation or evidence that may help us process your request faster.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Processing time for refunds depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.

Please note that processing fees or currency conversion fees may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on your payment provider's policies.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds if:

  • Only a portion of the top-up amount was not correctly applied to your transport card.
  • A service fee or processing fee is applicable as per our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is made after using a portion of the top-up amount.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Top-ups

If you have set up automatic or recurring top-ups:

  • You can cancel future scheduled top-ups at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellation will not affect any top-ups that have already been processed.
  • Refunds for already processed recurring top-ups follow the same policy as one-time top-ups.
