Welcome to DarB Recharge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DarB Recharge website (the "Service") operated by DarB Recharge ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

DarB Recharge provides an online platform for users to top up their transport cards. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our Service
• Maintain the security of your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. Payment Terms

When you make a payment through our Service:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date
• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Service
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
• We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction
• To request a refund, please contact our customer support with your transaction details
• Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide the Service 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post on or through the Service.

By posting content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• The content is yours and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DarB Recharge and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DarB Recharge.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DarB Recharge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
